SPRING HILL, TN (WSMV) -

Spring Hill police arrested a man Thursday after he was allegedly performing lewd acts on a doll near Allendale Elementary.

Police arrived after a complainant called to report a suspicious man with a dog and a backpack walking on the campus of the school. When officers found the man, he was completely naked, except his shoes, and under a bridge near the school performing sexual acts with the modified doll.

Daniel Torroll has been charged with misdemeanor public indecency.

He told police that his ADHD medication caused his urges.

“He told us several times that he was sorry this happened and he had gotten caught,” Det. Marcus Albright said.

Torroll is employed as a private music instructor at his home. Police searched his home Thursday and found nothing to suggest that he is a sexual predator.

Police say Torroll remained out-of-view from any students.
